Shipping policy
At COILSTATE, we are pleased to offer worldwide shipping from Germany.
Shipping rates vary depending on your destination, the size of your order, and the carrier selected at checkout. Please enter your shipping address during checkout to view accurate shipping costs.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–6 business days. During promotional or high-volume periods, please allow 5–8 business days for processing.
For pre-orders, please note that order processing begins once the website officially launches — up to 7 business days after the preorder start date.
Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via your chosen carrier at checkout.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout by our carriers based on your order’s weight, volume, value, and delivery destination.
International Orders: Customers outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT according to their country’s laws. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Time: All delivery times are estimated and expressed in business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once a package is handed over to the shipping provider, the delivery timeframe is beyond our control and depends on the selected courier.
COILSTATE is not responsible for:
- Delays or mistakes made by shipping couriers
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
- Damage caused during postal transit
- Issues with PO boxes
- Stolen or missing packages after confirmed delivery
